My approach is to assist you in learning about your feelings and needs. I am down to earth, and provide a warm & supportive environment.

Together we'll use the model of IFS/parts work. We will work together to change how you feel about yourself. We’ll find the self-compassion, caring that you have inside of you and over time you'll be able to see your innate gifts.
