A therapist who creates a safe and nonjudgmental space to help you to verbalize your thoughts, emotions and physical sensations freely.
I want to help you bring insight to your thoughts and emotions that you might be unaware of. I do so in a compassionate and collaborative way for you to be able to explore your purpose in life or heal from the past painful experiences in your life.
Discuss anything that comes to the top of your mind when we begin. Whether it is a past or current mood that was or is not quite feeling right or a troublesome situation you are conflicted about, we can begin there.
Are couples, families and individuals. For individual clients I specialize in helping clients with eating disorders, health and wellness concerns, multiple forms of how trauma manifests, mood disorders, maternal mental health and women's issues.
Downtown near the French Market and West Loop, where there is great dining and walking to be explored before or after your session.
My practice is named Synchronicity Counseling Services because I love the word "Synchronicity". The word means when two unrelated events miraculously coincide in improbable ways to a person, the person can feel a sense of mystery and enlightenment.
