I have been described me as an open, collaborative, nonjudgmental therapist who values authenticity, humor, and working together to reach your goals.
I utilize a relational/cultural framework that aims to recenter and reindigenize mental health/well-being through authentic connection, decreasing stigma, and increasing your trust within yourself and deeper ways of knowing.
Together we can identify what you're experiencing, process historical/current contexts, and move through it to a place of healing. I provide a safe space where we can work together on your healing journey so you can lead the authentic life you want.
I specialize in working with folks going through identity development, cultural healing, relationships, transitions, intersectionality, stress, meaning making/existentialism, Indigenous peoples, and college students.
I wanted to help people explore the nuances in their life that keep them stuck so that they could get to know themselves and the life the want deeper.
Everyone has their own experiences and ways of coping that will work for them. Therapy should never be a one-sized fits all or robotic experience.
I am a Native Hawaiian woman who values cultural connection, authenticity, and holding space for others. I pride myself in showing up for the folks I work with exactly as I am, which I have find makes the relational and therapeutic connection deeper.
