I have over 30 years of Social Work experience. I am dedicated to advocating and supporting what makes each of us unique as we navigate our journey.

I use Trauma informed lens and techniques. Oftentimes we tend to focus on the behaviors that each of us present. However, It is critical that we address the trauma that's underlying the behaviors. "WHAT has happen to US, rather than asking WHY.

We will go on this journey of healing together! The tools that we need for self-preservation are already within us. We will navigate these temporary rough waters side by side! It is our right to enjoy life on our terms, not someone expectations.
