I'm direct, laidback, welcoming, and collaborative. I tend to use the occasional swearword in session, but only if that works for you!
I prioritize creating a space that feels welcoming, radical, and like you can show up fully as yourself (take your shoes off, grab some fidget toys, eat candy, you do you!). I believe therapy is a space where we get to collaborate together.
Build deep and beautiful therapeutic relationships with clients, ones that feel brave, affirming, and like I’m on your team (because I am!). We will process your lived experiences, explore your innate wisdom, and build your internal resources.
I work with queer and trans folks and folks navigating religious trauma & complex trauma recovery, as well as folks navigating life transitions, anxiety, and exploring their identities and/or relationships
Everyone deserve a space where you can name things that feel scary and feel brave, seen, and cared for - especially if you're q/t in the south
For in-person sessions, I have fidget toys, candy, an emotional support weighted Dino (named Reginald!), and prioritize folks feeling welcomed & safe
