I like to create a warm and safe environment where my clients can be themselves. I also like to use humor in session when it feels right!
For me, it's important for my clients to feel like they're in control of their time in therapy. Talk about what you feel is most important to you! I like to collaborate with my clients to choose which direction each session will go in.
We'll work together to discover what is needed to get you on the path to becoming the version of yourself that you wish to be! We'll share some laughs, some cries, and potentially difficult moments, but you're safe to feel all of the feelings here!
Therapy can be difficult, but that doesn't mean it can't be enjoyable. You can definitely expect me to bring up my cat or reference a tiktok, Spongebob, or a random meme I saw at some point during our time together.
