Instead of only talking - creating art, sandtray, playing allows us to repair relationships, trauma & build new foundations of healthy communication & growth. Doing allows us to take everything inside & put it out of our body in a protective space.

I started Berger Counseling Services in 2009 to provide innovative, transformative therapy in a unique setting. My team offers a variety of services.

I am a native Floridian, born & raised in Miami. When my friend John died at 16, I knew I wanted to create art and work with horses to help others. I've built a team of amazing clinicians to serve our community, learn more about us today.
