Each client is unique and will have unique needs; there is no "one size fits all" approach. Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and talk therapy are very effective in helping recognize issues, work through them, and be able to manage them.
Try to get to the root cause of issues, process, accept, work through them, and learn coping skills to help manage emotions/reactions. We will talk, collaborate, and work together to help you better understand and resolve challenges and conflicts.
I specialize in Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Anger, Communication, Boundaries, Relationships, Changing Perceptions, Coping Skills, etc. I can also help with many other issues that might be affecting your mental health.
I also do career counseling and life coaching and have extensive experience in a lot of other fields/areas where I could be of help to you. Phone and video sessions (or a mix of both) will work!
