I work with individuals 15 and older, especially those in the LGBTQ+ community or facing eating disorders. My goal is to support clients, help them navigate life positively, and ensure they leave feeling better than when they arrived.
I became a therapist because of my own transformative experience in therapy, and I strive to provide clients with the same trust and support.
I'm a member of Resilience Lab — the largest community of clinicians working collaboratively to produce better outcomes and improve mental health.
What sets me apart as a therapist is my sense of humor. When the time is right, I enjoy sharing a laugh with my clients, which many have said helps us connect on a deeper level. I truly believe laughter can be powerful—it’s often the best medicine.
