My clients describe me as warm, curious, and using strong therapeutic knowledge and proven techniques to create lasting change and meet goals.
The therapy space I provide is all about meeting your experiences and goals with my therapeutic knowledge and techniques. My approach is focused on digging deep into your emotions and needs along with being solution-focused and action-oriented.
Together in therapy, we will be intentional in understanding what needs aren’t being met in your life and relationship. We will work together to build communication and emotion-based skills to achieve the healing and connection you are longing for.
I specialize in helping couples connect and break out of patterns of conflict, grow in their roles as parents, and in helping youth grow through tough times and become more fully themselves. I love this work and can't wait to work with you!
I became a therapist because I am passionate about helping others and understanding how we can heal from difficult life experiences.
I offer therapy in a cozy and professional office space in old town Fort Collins. I also offer online sessions. Reach out to schedule a session!
My goal as a therapist is to help you discover what it means to be authentically connected to your partner, your family, and yourself. I can't tell you how much I love helping my clients reach their goals. We will help you get there, together!
