My clients would describe me as empathetic, authentic, open, and sincerely committed to their healing and growth.
I strive to create a safe and inviting environment wherein my clients and I can challenge their self defeating thoughts and behaviors and adopt alternative modes of being that honor their experiences and stated goals.
My goal as a counselor is to help you process and navigate your story, along with discovering and harnessing your already existing strengths so that you are empowered to face and overcome life's obstacles and build meaningful connections.
I specialize in working with people are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and geriatric-specific issues (e.g., loss of independence, health concerns, grief, etc.).
I want to assist others in alleviating their emotional and spiritual suffering and restore their sense of hope and empowerment.
My office location offers both in-person and online services.
