My therapeutic approach is grounded in a person-centered approach, however I also love to use techniques from Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
We will work on depression, anxiety, self esteem, communication and general struggles. I believe that talking about life’s issues can help us understand our patterns better and I am here to guide you through finding solutions.
