Hi. I'm a licensed professional counselor and a licensed addiction counselor who works with adults with depression, anxiety, and alcohol & drug abuse.

I understand and have experienced depression and anxiety, as well as what it's like to be addicted to alcohol and drugs. I have 27 years of recovery, and I couldn't have done this without the help of those who would listen.

My practice is person-centered, and I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy. I'm willing to walk with you hand-in-hand to give you the tools to have and keep a life that is fulfilling.
