I make sure sessions are individualized to the client's specific needs, and I make sure to solicit feedback to ensure that the time clients spend in sessions feels worthwhile. I am happy to work with a client to find the best approach for them.

Together we will figure out what a fulfilling life looks like and work to figure out how to make it happen. We will also help gain insight into what motivates you and how to best live within your personal values.

I specialize in working with people who want to better understand themselves. As someone who specializes in sex therapy, I am open to having conversations to help get in touch with their sexual selves in an inviting and nonjudgmental setting.
