My mother was a social worker and she is my idol. As an adult I find my purpose in helping others find their life after trauma. Be a survivor with me.

I am at home, in my most comfortable space, and you should do the same. Whether you are in pajamas or at work, my job is to come to you (virtually).

Therapy should be your place of healing and your weekly self-care. We will process your trauma, so there may be difficult times. But, you are in experienced hands and we will breathe through it together. Don't suffer alone, you can heal and grow.
