The most important aspect of therapy is finding a therapist who really gets you. I provide a warm, non-judgmental environment where you will be heard.
My approach is honest, direct, and goal oriented. A big part of reaching goals from therapy happens between sessions, in your life. Your therapy will likely include 'homework' - the practice of new and different thoughts and behaviors.
You and I will work together to identify the changes you'd like to see in your life and create a plan to get you there. I will teach you skills and strategies you can use to become your own therapist!
I love working with young women struggling with anxiety/chronic worry, overwhelm, perfectionism, difficult life transitions, disordered eating/body image issues, and mood struggles.
I absolutely love helping people learn how to help themselves. I believe so much in the power of our own mind, and that we can heal our own mindset.
I offer in person sessions in a lovely office in Los Altos, CA and telehealth to people in CA, ID, and OH.
It's so important that you find a therapist who really understands you, and can really help you. Visit my website today to book a free, no obligation 15-minute video consultation to see if we are a good match. I look forward to working with you!
