Warm, casual and practical, as well as grounded and comforting. I hold space for those hard and dark moments, but I'll also laugh at your jokes.
I have a whole-person approach, using holistic, creative, neurodivergent, trauma and neuroscience-informed and affirming practices. Together, we look at how mind-body health, culture, and environment interconnect and what can shift towards wellbeing.
Together we can work on what would feel most helpful, right now. This might include building self-worth, healthy coping skills, lifestyle changes, relationship and communication skills, and personalized ways to manage stress and life's ups and downs.
I help people who are creative, who struggle with their inner critical voice, overwhelm, often overthink, procrastinate, and who sometimes feel lost on their way. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, Autism+ADHD, and big life changes.
I'm passionate about helping people to trust and express themselves, to heal as well as to create fulfilling and aligned lives and relationships.
As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent therapist, so I know personally and professionally how complicated discovering and exploring ADHD can be. Together, we can work to use your strengths and how your brain works to help you feel relief and get unstuck.
