As your counselor, I will work with you to help you identify the negative patterns and behaviors that may be impacting your life, and together we can help you achieve the changes and/or the healing you desire.

The journey may be difficult, and sometimes, even a little uncomfortable but I am here to collaborate with you and support you through the entire process.

I have experience working with couples, families, children, and individuals.

I believe that even when things become difficult, we can overcome anything as long as we are willing to put in the effort to work through it.

I am passionate about mental health and helping others and I have made it my personal mission in life to break the stigma surrounding therapy.

I have a BA of Psychology from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and a dual MS degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling from Walden University. I am a registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor.
