I have over 20 years providing therapy and training in working with people living with medical illness which includes any age and diagnosis, condition, or disability. I also do grief counseling and can help with recovering from burnout.

I decided to become a therapist because of the life-changing impact my own therapy had on me in my 20’s related to grief and loss and illness.

I conduct therapy on-line only and my clients appreciate the ease and flexibility. We rarely have technical glitches and it feels very connected.

Counseling provides a moment to stop and listen more deeply to yourself with me as your guide. I provide the opportunity for you to grow in self-awareness, heal from past and present hurts, increase your feelings of confidence, and live more fully.
