My approach is warm yet practical, I'm interactive with my clients, which they appreciate. I like to leave my clients feeling that they know what actions to take to illicit change while instilling hope.

Create a better understanding of the presenting issue, identify goals and collaboratively work together throughout in order to get you back to your baseline and healthier version of yourself or relationships.

I work with people who feel they "pour from an empty cup" and struggle to communicate their needs and boundaries in relation to those close to them. I also support couples in breaking unhealthy cycles and regain thier healthy relational baseline.

I also offer 90 minute sessions upon request (additional cost)

I also provide Christian counseling integrated with evidence based practices for those who want a faith based framework and lens from which we do our work together.
