I am an empathetic clinician with a background in Jungian and Spiritual Psychology. I use an electic approach that is both relational and intuitive.

I use an eclectic approach that incorporates a number of modalities. At the core we are building the capacity to grow self acceptance through the process of vulnerability and healing of traumatic memories.

Healing emotional hurt and addictive habits to create a life of freedom and intimacy is the greatest journey we can take in our lives. This process requires insight, courage, compassion and resiliency to start the climb towards self acceptance.
