With a focus on trauma, I work with teens, families, and couples to help them understand and integrate their internal experiences, fostering connection and resilience.

I believe that by understanding the different parts of ourselves, we can navigate challenges more effectively and cultivate healthier relationships.

Internal Family Systems, I have experience working with adolescents facing emotional and behavioral challenges, as well as couples and families.

Together, we’ll work to identify patterns, build self-awareness, and develop tools for lasting change. Outside of my practice, I enjoy traveling with my family, playing with my toddler and our French bulldog, savoring a cup of coffee, and yoga.
