someone who is relatable and authentic; someone who will hold space and witness their pain and will also be direct and when appropriate
I believe there are no bad parts of ourselves and that we heal in community. I am here to help you navigate the unknown—whether that's by offering resources and coping tools, processing the grief, or exploring parts of yourself that have been hidden.
get to know all of the parts of yourself—even the ones you might feel ashamed of; explore what it can look like to live with your trauma, illness, or grief; find ways to honor your needs and desires; rebuild (or find) your sense of self
are chronically ill and/or disabled; are part of the LGBTQIA+ community; are neurodivergent; feel overwhelmed by life's demands; feel they are too much or not good enough; have experienced medical, childhood, or relationship trauma.
I've seen how powerful therapy can be when we are able to feel safe and supported in a relationship. I believe deeply in the power to heal and change.
all sessions are held on Zoom, so you are able to do therapy from the comfort of your home. I offer both video and phone sessions.
I'm a queer, neurodivergent, chronically ill woman. I have lived experience of an eating disorder as well as other mental health struggles. I am COVID-conscious. I’m anti-diet and poly, ENM, and kink-affirming. I run a chronic illness support group.
