I meet you where you are, to help navigate the waters with you and plant seeds or help redirect when needed. I try to stay transparent with my clients, I use a lot of ACT, CBT and DBT skills to help challenge behaviors, thoughts and emotions.
Together we will work on trying build healthy boundaries, communication, build up positive self image and self-talk, as well as process through your thoughts and feelings.
