I strive to create a safe, judgment free space with my clients. I am collaborative in my work with parents and kids and have a down to earth approach.

I am a Registered Play Therapist and use Play Therapy to help children work through painful experiences using their primary language: Play! I am certified in EMDR using this for both children and adults to process past difficult experiences.

I help clients build skills to handle difficult experiences, process past events contributing to present day problems and work towards balance in relationships, school, work and other areas of life.

I specialize in working with children 5 and up using play therapy. I am also certified in EMDR and use this combined with Sandtray Therapy to help all ages work through past traumatic experiences.
